HOUSTON, TEXAS — Primary Arms Optics is thrilled to announce Stephen Morgan’s promotion to Vice President of Product Development and Marketing, effective immediately. In this expanded role, he will lead product marketing strategy and positioning for the company’s optics division.
Having joined Primary Arms Optics in 2021, Stephen most recently served as the company’s Senior Director of Sales and Marketing, where he oversaw their global sales strategy, marketing campaigns, and the Optics Division’s brand direction and development. Working closely with the sales, marketing, and engineering teams, Morgan has also served as the primary spokesperson for Primary Arms Optics.
As Vice President of Product Development and Marketing, Morgan will have a stronger focus on Product Positioning and Messaging across Primary Arms Optics’ product lineup. He will work to effectively communicate the features and mechanics of products in an easy-to-understand way that resonates with retail partners and customers. He will also help shape the development roadmap for future Primary Arms Optics products, working to keep internal teams aligned with how the brand positions itself in the market. His proven ability to interpret and translate technical specifications has increased the brand’s visibility in both domestic and international marketplaces.
