HOUSTON, TEXAS – Primary Arms Government (PAG) is proud to announce the addition of Aaron Banks as Field Sales Manager for the Western Territory. A U.S. Army veteran with more than 16 years of industry experience, Mr. Banks brings a rare combination of field sales expertise, technical armorer skills, and instructional experience that will strengthen Primary Arms Government’s mission of supporting law enforcement and government agencies nationwide.
Aaron’s career spans both the commercial and government sectors, including senior sales roles with Remington Outdoor Company and Beck and Associates, where he led sales growth across multi-state territories. A certified armorer for multiple weapon platforms, Aaron has trained countless professionals in firearms safety, maintenance, and tactical application—helping law enforcement agencies and major retailers alike improve product knowledge and operational readiness.
As Primary Arms Government’s new Territory Sales Manager for the western region, Aaron will be the leading connection for Law Enforcement teams operating in 13 different states, including Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming. He will also work with Texas Law Enforcement teams in West Texas, including major cities like El Paso and San Antonio.
