HOUSTON, TEXAS – Primary Arms is proud to announce the addition of Samantha-Anne Horwitch Nadolny as Vice President of Legal & Compliance. In this role, she will oversee all legal and compliance functions across the company, leveraging her extensive background in corporate law, governance, and regulatory strategy to support the company’s continued growth and operational excellence.
Samantha-Anne brings a wealth of experience from leadership positions in both the public and private sectors. She previously served as Associate General Counsel at Select Water Solutions and as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Citelum US, an EDF Groupe company. Her exceptional work in the legal field has earned her recognition as one of the Top 50 General Counsel of the Year in both 2019 and 2023.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Samantha-Anne is deeply involved in the legal community. She is Chairman Emeritus of the Board of Trustees for the Houston Young Lawyers Foundation and an active member of the Houston Bar Association Speakers Bureau, as well as its Lawyers for Literacy and Professionalism Committees.
Beyond her professional achievements, Samantha-Anne remains deeply engaged in the Houston community. She currently serves as Vice President of Communications for The Houston Symphony League and leads the Retention and Rewards team for the American Cancer Society’s Houston Cattle Baron’s Ball. Her dedication to literacy includes active membership in the Ladies for Literacy Guild with the Barbara Bush Literacy Foundation, and she also contributes to the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo through its Trailblazer, Speakers, and Wine Garden Committees.
