Customer Service Kudos

Thank YOU Mr. Show Your Appreciation by Sending us Kit Kats Guy!

We don't like to toot our own horn (yes, we know, we have a blog...) but we love our customers.  No, seriously, we LOVE our customers.  Our goals are:

  • Match the customer up with the right product
  • Ship quick and on time (who doesn't like receiving packages?)
  • Provide the kind of customer service and experience we would want to have
  • Admit when we screw up and fix it
  • Have fun along the way
When we hit all those goals, we are happy.  And not just happy: positively giddy, hi-fives all around, big sloppy grins happy!

This is why customer feedback is so important to us.  Whether on our Website, Blog, Facebook, Twitter or Google+ accounts we love hearing from our customers!  Every post is read and incorporated into improving our customer experience.

So keep the pictures, range reports, videos, e-mails, comments, posts and packages (the Kit Kats are already gone BTW...) coming!  You are why we do what we do.
